Post-workout, fueling a long run, or only something quick in addition to slow to throw inwards my diaper pocketbook for a long solar daytime of shopping amongst my kids: this recipe is perfect. There are alone four ingredients in addition to these are beyond slow to make. Plus, they are Paleo, vegan, 100% existent food... and? Delicious!
Paleo Chocolate Energy Balls
1 1/2 cups All Natural Pitted Dates (about 35-40 dates)
1/3 cup Organic Shelled Sunflower Seeds
1 cup Organic Raw Cashews
1/4 cup Organic Cocoa Powder
Directions:
Add all ingredients into your nutrient processor in addition to blend iii to five minutes on depression (until smooth).
Scoop out 1/2 Tablespoon portions in addition to shape into balls. (For snacks for my kids I commonly practise 1 Tablespoon size.)
Makes nigh 32 - 1/2 Tablespoon sized balls.
If y'all involve an fifty-fifty denser root of fuel (if y'all desire to bear less or are grooming to a greater extent than intensely, etc) y'all tin add together 1 or two Tablespoons of Raw Organic Honey to this.
